Eligibility
Mexican citizens need a valid passport, LMIA-backed job offer, and a temporary resident visa (TRV). CUSMA professional categories may allow LMIA-exempt work permits.
Visa & Work Permit Process
Apply through the VFS centre or Canadian embassy in Mexico City. You need a TRV along with your work permit application. Submit LMIA confirmation, employment contract, credentials, police clearance, and biometrics.
