Receive Invitation
If your profile matches Quebec's needs and you meet criteria, you receive an invitation to apply for permanent selection.
Apply for CSQ
Submit your application for a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) within 30 days of accepting the invitation.
Apply for PR
Once you receive your CSQ, apply to IRCC for permanent residence.
