Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff. Hire, train and supervise staff. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Schedule and confirm appointments. Plan schedules, goals and objectives. Order supplies and maintain inventory. Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies. Maintain inventory of supplies. Establish and maintain contact with suppliers. Ensure proper functioning of equipment. Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met. Answer clients' inquiries and provide information. Manage staff and assign duties. Provide customer service. Ensure hygiene and sanitation practices conform to policies and regulations.
