Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year Work setting: Hotel, motel, resort Tasks: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations. Recruit and hire staff. Supervise staff. Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies. Conduct training sessions. Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities. Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses. Enforce policies and procedures. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Establish work schedules. Participate in promotional activities
