Tow Truck Driver

Salary: $27.00 to $34.65 hourly (to be negotiated)

Languages: English Education: No degree, certificate or diploma Experience: No experience (will train) Work setting: Various locations Tasks: Perform brake adjustments. Perform emergency roadside repairs. Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle. Perform preventive maintenance. Receive and relay information to central dispatch. Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Driver's License (Class 3 or D) Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Repetitive tasks Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
