Salary: $25.96 to $26.66 hourly (to be negotiated)

Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Work setting: Hotel, motel, resort. 201 - 400 rooms Tasks: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Perform same duties as workers supervised. Prepare and submit reports. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery. Take, cancel and change room reservations. Respond to complaints of guests. Receive and record bookings for package tours. Provide staff training. Provide, arrange for, or refer guests to valet parking services.
