Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens and other work areas. Cut agricultural crops. Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots. Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops. Seed cutting. Tie and secure plants. Weeding. Clean work area. Fertilize and spray crops. Harvest crops. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market Type of crops: Blueberries Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Physically demanding. Ability to distinguish between colours. Combination of sitting, standing, walking Weight handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) Personal suitability: Reliability. Team player
