Financial services industry Tasks: Identify clients' financial goals and objectives. Provide clients with information. Process applications for loans and mortgages. Maintain financial records. Draft contracts, prepare promissory notes and draw up wills, mortgages and other legal documents. Complete credit and loan documentation. Provide expertise in response to clients needs Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Mortgage Broker Provincial Licence Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office. Mac OS.
