Languages: Bilingual Education: Master's degree Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Tasks: Coordinate patient care. Evaluate patient care and progress. Implement an interdisciplinary plan of care. Interpret medical test results. Monitor patients and advise physician of any changes in patients' condition. Order medical diagnostic or clinical tests. Plan patient care. Advise patients on health care. Order laboratory tests, X-rays and other diagnostic procedures. Conduct patient interviews, physical assessments and take medical histories. Provide health maintenance education. Provide consultative services regarding issues relevant to nursing profession and nursing practice Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner by the province/territory of work
