Organize process of incoming and outgoing mail. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Prepare and submit reports. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery. Ensure smooth operation of equipment. Manage the operations of package handling.
