Measure, weigh and load chemical ingredients following formulation cards. Record production information. Start up, shut down and troubleshoot equipment. Take samples. Perform routine chemical and physical tests of products. Operate equipment from a control room or from control consoles located near the production units. Adjust processing machines and equipment. Monitor reaction processes and transfers of products in conformance with safety procedures Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks.
