Civil Engineering Technologist: K. Smart Associates is seeking qualified, energetic individual to join our team. The Civil Engineering Technologist supports the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects within the Land Development department. This role involves a combination of office-based design and drafting using Civil 3D, as well as field-based construction inspection and surveying. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the position requires independent decision-making and a high level of technical competence to ensure that projects meet client specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.. This position also involves collaboration with various stakeholders, preparation of technical documentation, and liaison with government agencies and contractors to resolve project-related issues.
