Salary: $45.00 to $55.00 hourly

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES: *Specializing in providing service to Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) patients*. *Assessing and developing treatment plans according to patient's physical injuries, abilities and needs*. *Prepare Auto Insurance Claims Forms appropriately and accordingly, (OCF Forms ? OCF 3, OCF 23 MIG, OCF 18, OCF 24 etc)· Implementing programs including exercise, manipulations, therapeutic and education*. *Knowledge of and experience with modalities ? IFC and ultrasound*. *Complete reports and documents when necessary (progress reports, discharge reports, statutory declaration upon request by Insurance co.)*. *Sales in custom orthotics, compression and sock / hosiery* QUALIFICATIONS: *Registered and in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontari*. *Great knowledge of FSCO insurance procedures (MVA, EHC, & WSIB)*. *Understanding in *_*Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule *_ *(SABS) rules and regulations*. *Able to utilize Clinic Software - Universal (Antibex)*. *Av
