Landscape Technician

Employer: Howes Your Yard Inc

Location: Port Hope, Ontario

Salary: $18.75 hourly

Duties: Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming. Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees in gardens and landscapes. Irrigate plants and lawns to ensure proper hydration. Dig trenches and install irrigation systems. Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruners to maintain landscapes. Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and chainsaws. Assist with the installation of hardscapes such as patios and walkways. Perform general landscape cleanup and debris removal Experience: Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools for landscaping tasks. Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively. Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and repairs.
