Our grooming department plays a vital role in supporting the health and wellness of our guests through gentle, skilled, and stress-conscious grooming practices.. The *Grooming Specialist* is responsible for delivering high-quality grooming services in a safe, efficient, and compassionate manner. This position ensures pets receive styles appropriate to their breed, coat, and owner preferences while prioritizing humane handling and minimizing stress. The Grooming Specialist also oversees the work of Bather/Brushers, maintains a clean and organized grooming environment, and reports directly to the Grooming Supervisor. Primary Responsibilities: Professional
