Sushi Chef/ Food Service Team Member: We're seeking dedicated Food Service Team Members who are passionate about quality, teamwork, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.. *Location:* Multiple locations in Halifax, Nova Scotia Responsibilities: Food Service Team Members play a key role in preparing high-quality sushi while ensuring food safety standards, tracking production, managing inventory, and collaborating with store employees in a fast-paced environment.. · Prepare sushi and other menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.. · Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain accurate logs.. · Track daily production and assist in kitchen operations.. · Receive, check, and organize inventory, and assist with ordering.. · Work closely with store staff and management to ensure smooth sushi bar operations.. · Use operations tools to update production, inventory, and other data.. · Maintain customer experience standards.
