Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Tasks: Address customers' complaints or concerns. Participate in marketing plans and implementation. Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Conduct performance reviews. Provide customer service. Organize and maintain inventory. Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
