Building Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor

This position is responsible for the maintenance of properties and equipment owned by KIN Enterprises Inc. The Maintenance Supervisor will ensure that all maintenance functions are completed in a timely, safe, and responsible manner. This position reports directly to the Executive Director. This position will be based out of the 40th Street location but will be responsible for the Sage Program location and 15th Street as requested. Work hours for this position are 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM Monday-Friday. Hours are flexible and may be adjusted as required. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES1. To perform all maintenance functions not requiring the use of a professional. (Small repairs, changing lights, floor cleaning, snow removal, lawn care, etc.)2.
