Hot Work setting: Rural area Tasks: Clear and collect brush and debris from fields and other work areas. Remove manually all suckers and water sprouts. Tie and secure plants. Weeding. Assist in pruning trees, shrubs and plants. Plant bulbs and seeds. Pot and re-pot plants. Transplant seedlings or rooted cuttings. Apply fertilizers. Dig up wrapping rootballs of trees and shrubs. Clean work area Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Repetitive tasks. Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Standing for extended periods. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Hand-eye co-ordination Weight handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs) Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
