Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: English essentialNOTE: Applicants must attach a resume to their application.JOB SUMMARY:The Indigenous Clinical Services Worker will act as a resource and point of contact for both Indigenous Clients and their families, health care providers, and, when appropriate, community members, to ensure the provision of care is culturally safe and client centred. In collaboration with patients and their families, health care providers, and community resources, the Indigenous clinical patient navigator will navigate the health care system by facilitating access to services and assisting with discharge planning. Using a Two-Eyed Seeing approach, the role promotes an environment that supports traditional Indigenous ways of knowing and healing practices alongside high-quality, eviden
