Shuttle Bus Driver

Languages: English or French Education: No degree, certificate or diploma Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years Work setting: Relocation costs not covered by employer Tasks: Operate buses, school busses or streetcars to transport passengers. Report delays, mechanical problems and accidents. Load and unload vehicle. Direct passengers during emergency evacuation procedures. Complete logbooks and reports. Ensure children's safety when boarding and leaving buses and crossing street while bus is stopped. Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Provincial or Territorial Commercial Vehicle licence (Class 4 or E) Security and safety: Criminal record check.
