Coffee shop Tasks: Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.). Establish work schedules. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. Manage cash. Oversee payroll administration. Conduct performance reviews. Operate cash register. Process money, cheques and credit/debit card payments. Tabulate total payment for goods or services required.
