A well-established, full-service mid size law firm in the western GTA is seeking an experienced Corporate Law Clerk. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a mix of sophisticated and routine corporate matters, working both independently and alongside seasoned lawyers across a broad range of transactions and filings. Responsibilities: Prepare and file corporate documents for both straightforward and complex transactions, including incorporations, amendments, continuances, amalgamations, and dissolutions across federal and provincial statutes. Handle provincial and federal filings through the relevant registries and platforms. Keep corporate records current, including annual returns, extra-provincial registrations, and related renewals and amendments. Administer business name, general partnership, and limited partnership registrations.
