Maintenance Coordinator

Salary: $48.21 to $55.00 hourly (to be negotiated)

Languages: English Education: Bachelor's degree. or equivalent experience Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Work setting: Transportation facility. Warehouse Tasks: Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities. Oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility. Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility. Assess client’s needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services. Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service. Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services. Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs. Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems. Plan and manage the facility's operations budget. Monitor and adjust contract expenditures Transportation/travel information: Own vehicle. Valid driver's licence Work conditions
