Heavy water and atomic energy plant Tasks: Interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications to plan methods or sequences of operation. Operate heavy equipment. Read blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements. Measure distance, volume, length and weight. Understand the purpose, proper usgage and information found on material safety data sheets (MSDS). Complete onboard and other logs. Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment. Prepare accident reports. Perform minor repairs to equipment. Operate hydraulic pumping systems. Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications Equipment and machinery experience: Boring machines Area of specialization: Tunnelling Transportation/travel information: Willing to travel.
