Monitor staff performance. Plan and organize daily operations. Set staff work schedules. Supervise staff. Train staff. Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations. Organize and maintain inventory. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Leading/instructing individuals. Address customers' complaints or concerns.
