Building Maintenance Worker

Salary: $25.00 to $27.00 hourly (to be negotiated)

Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Work site environment: At heights Tasks: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. Supervise other workers. Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. Order supplies and maintain inventory. Assist skilled tradespersons. Supervisory Experience Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
