Customer Service Representative Supervisor

Languages: English Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Tasks: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Establish work schedules and procedures. Examine and verify the accuracy of work. Prepare and submit reports. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Conduct performance reviews. Perform same duties as workers supervised. Recruit and hire staff. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Requisition materials and supplies.
