Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience Experience: 1 to less than 7 months Tasks: Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting. Cut carcasses, sides and quarters. Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers. Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat. Wrap and package prepared meats. Remove bones from meat. Weigh meats for sale. Price meat products. Sell meats to customers. Grind meats. Prepare special orders. Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products. Maintain inventory of supplies. Prepare, package and restock goods. Follow emergency and safety procedures Equipment and machinery experience: Band saw. Power grinder. Slicing machine Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Fast-paced environment. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Standing for extended periods.
