Languages: English Education: College/CEGEP. or equivalent experience Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Work setting: Daycare Tasks: Evaluate the delivery of social and community service programs. Plan and organize the delivery of social and community service programs. Hire and provide training for professional and non-professional staff. Direct and advise professional and non-professional staff. Establish administrative procedures. Participate in policy development by preparing reports and briefs for management committees and working groups. Plan, administer and control budgets for projects, programs, support services and equipment. Resolve conflict situations. Coaching Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure.
