Outdoors Work setting: Excavation Tasks: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Prepare production and other reports. Establish methods to meet work schedules. Supervise workers and projects. Train or arrange for training. Direct and oversee the loading and unloading of cargo. Conduct research into the composition, distribution and evolution of soils. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers.
