Languages: English Education: No degree, certificate or diploma Experience: Experience an asset Work site environment: Outdoors Tasks: Guide growing shoots into optimal development positions. Harvest seedlings. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Tie and secure plants. Weeding. Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Maintain work records and logs. Hire and train staff. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Perform general farm duties Type of crops: Blueberries Equipment and machinery experience: Harvesters Own tools/equipment: Safety equipment/gear. Steel-toed safety boots.
