Wet/damp Work setting: Rural area Tasks: Guide growing shoots into optimal development positions. Harvest seedlings. Soil fertility programs. Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures. Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Maintain quality control and production records. Hire and train staff. Perform general farm duties.
