Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year Tasks: Develop specific plans to prioritize. Implement soil fertility programs. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Train seed cutting techniques to farm labourers. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Hire and train staff.
