Languages: English Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. or equivalent experience Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Work setting: Bake shop. Large volume bakery. Café Tasks: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders. Bake mixed dough and batters. Prepare special orders. Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff. Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods. Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards. Operate machinery Security and safety: Criminal record check Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to distinguish between colours.
