Flea market. Bakery. Retail business Tasks: Direct and control daily operations. Evaluate daily operations. Plan and organize daily operations. Manage staff and assign duties. Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales. Determine merchandise and services to be sold. Develop and implement marketing strategies. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Supervise office and volunteer staff. Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff. Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods. Bake mixed dough and batters Computer and technology knowledge: Point of sale system. Inventory control software. Electronic mail. Spreadsheet. MS Outlook Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Own vehicle.
