Hotel Maintenance Helper

Salary: $24.00 to $25.00 hourly (to be negotiated)

Languages: English Education: No degree, certificate or diploma Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year Work site environment: All weather conditions. Outdoors Work setting: Willing to relocate Tasks: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. Perform minor repairs on appliances. Perform safety and security checks. Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. Work with minimal supervision. Perform routine maintenance. Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports. Co-ordinate work activities with other departments. Supervise and inspect the installation of mechanical systems Work conditions and physical capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling. Attention to detail.
