Willing to relocate Tasks: Investigate complaints and claims. Register arriving guests and assign rooms. Resolve complaints and claims. Process group arrivals and departures. Take, cancel and change room reservations. Provide information on hotel facilities and services. Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Provide customer service. Perform front desk duties. Maintain accurate records Computer and technology knowledge: Basic Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Fast-paced environment.
