Languages: French Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years Tasks: Plan and organize daily operations. Manage staff and assign duties. Determine staffing requirements. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Enforce policies and procedures. Contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems. Arrange for shipping, receiving and storage.
