Languages: English Education: College/CEGEP Experience: 5 years or more Tasks: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll. Calculate fixed assets and depreciation. Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. Maintain general ledgers and financial statements. Post journal entries. Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports. Prepare tax returns. Prepare trial balance of books. Reconcile accounts. Internal audit. Perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting. Collect and analyze financial records of a business, such as financial statements, budgets, projections and sales data. Analyze operating costs and other data. Calculate daily/shift payments received and reconcile with total sales. Prepare bank reconciliations Computer and technology knowledge: Accounting software.
