Food Service Supervisor

Salary: $22.00 to $23.00 hourly (to be negotiated)

Languages: English Education: No degree, certificate or diploma Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Tasks: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Establish work schedules. Take customers' orders. Maintain and order supplies. Coaching. Food safety/handling skills. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Provide customer service.
