Languages: English Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years Work setting: Restaurant Tasks: Evaluate daily operations. Monitor staff performance. Plan and organize daily operations. Recruit staff. Set staff work schedules. Supervise staff. Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures. Conduct performance reviews. Organize and maintain inventory. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities. Leading/instructing individuals. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Provide customer service Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Attention to detail. Standing for extended periods Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) Personal suitability: Reliability. Ability to multitask
