On-site customer service. Fast food outlet or concession. Restaurant Tasks: Requisition food and kitchen supplies. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
