Languages: English Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. or equivalent experience Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Tasks: Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs. Supervise technicians, technologists, analysts, administrative staff and other engineers. Review quotations. Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Plan, develop and implement communication strategies. Professionalism in customer service. Co-ordinate contract services. Recruit, organize, train and manage staff. Ensure adherence to safety regulations. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Co-ordinate and monitor budget and departmental resources. Ensure adherence to government regulations and company objectives. Monitor and evaluate Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines.
