Recommend measures to improve work methods. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Establish work schedules. Oversee safety of operations. Recommend personnel actions. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers.
