Job description. Fairfield Inn/Residence Inn by Marriott offers a hot buffet breakfast and we are looking for hard working, fast-paced and reliable breakfast & prep cooks!. These qualified individuals will be working early morning hours in order to help supply our clientele with beautiful Marriott & Hilton standard buffet breakfasts.. The required qualities and skill sets are as followed.. Able to work in guest and service focused a fast-paced environment. Able to multitask and manage time efficiently. Must be a morning person. Must be able to start at 5am. Must be able to stand for an entire shift. Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks. Previous experience in a kitchen is an asset. Able to work early mornings, shift starts at 5am. Physically able to bend, move, and lift up to 50 pounds or more. Cooking order according to food health and safety standard. Monitoring multiple food levels. Dressing order for presentation. Sanitizing and cleaning work stations and utensils.
