Ophthalmic Assistant: Currently hiring for a temporary part-time (15-25 hours per week), Ophthalmic Assistant position to start immediately for a very high paced, busy surgical and medical Ophthalmology Practice. Ideal candidate would have great compassion for patients and ensuring that a high level of patient care is always maintained. _Responsibilities:_. *Reception duties such as greeting patients, register patients, booking appointments and answering phones. *Complete pre-testing such as visual acuity measurement, measuring of intraocular pressures, administer eye drops and medications, perform Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) testing, Fundus Photography, Assist Physician with Fluorescein Angiography and Assist Physician with office surgery. *Provide excellent patient service and care. *Use appointment and patient file software (Accuro) and other available tools to make accurate and clear notes regarding patient eye health. *Be accountable for the quality and accuracy of all test
