Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Soccer Coach to lead and inspire young athletes ages 4 - 9 years old in developing their soccer skills and teamwork. The ideal candidate will foster a positive environment, promote sportsmanship, and help players achieve their personal and athletic goals. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in coaching, teaching, and working with youth in a dynamic setting. Duties: Plan and organize engaging soccer practices tailored to different age groups and skill levels. Lead team drills, scrimmages, and games while emphasizing skill development and sportsmanship. Provide constructive feedback to players to improve their techniques and understanding of the game. Ensure the safety of all participants during practices and games by enforcing safety protocols.
