Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. Clean kitchen and work areas. Examine ingredients or finished products to ensure conformance to company standards. Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions.
