Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Work setting: In-house print shop. Commercial or in-house printers. Manufacture Tasks: Review work order to determine job specifications. Set up and make adjustments to printing machines. Operate and monitor printing machines during print run and make adjustments. Visually inspect products for quality. Fill ink fountains and control colour and viscosity. Troubleshoot problems related to equipment. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery Equipment and machinery experience: Printing machine. Screen printing machines Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available Work conditions and physical capabilities: Manual dexterity. Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Standing for extended periods. Ability to distinguish between colours. Tight deadlines Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) Personal suitability: Flexibility. Initiative.
